I met with Ramsay and my entire world changed. His knowledge and enthusiasm for living a healthy lifestyle inspired me to make changes in my life. He introduced me to the book, “How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy”. I am now gluten, wheat, dairy, sugar and caffeine free. When Ramsay showed me all of the wheat and gluten free options available, I knew that I could have a diet full of variety, without feeling deprived or restricted. He took the time to walk through a local grocery and show me all of the options. His enthusiasm was contagious. That very day I followed his guidance and started changing my eating habits. Not only have I lost almost 20 pounds, but I have experienced an energetic shift in my mind and body that I did not know was possible. The bloated feeling I had after meals and the immediate trips to the bathroom no longer exist. I recently participated in a 5K without fear of having to map out restrooms on every corner. The sluggishness I experienced daily, which required many naps is gone. Eight weeks have passed and I really feel that Ramsay has helped me find the answers to a new and energetic life.
