  • Postural/musculoskeletal assessment
  • Corrective exercise
  • Orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Cumulative injury rehabilitation
  • Lengthening and balancing the body to optimal function and aesthetics
  • Proper exercise solutions for the best possible wellness outcome

Following are common natural modalities I use and the philosophy behind their use.

Nutrition Balancing:  Nutrition and therapeutic use of foods work to provide nutrients one’s body needs to function optimally.

Clinical Laboratory Testing:  Designated tests to uncover hidden imbalances to restore health and reduce the chronic stress load.

Botanical medicine:  Plant substances are safe and effective when used properly to nourish and enhance the healing capacity of the body.

Homeopathic medicine:  The use of ultra-dilute amounts of plant, mineral and animal substances to stimulate the healing systems of the body.

Nutritional supplements:  Deficiencies of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients can lead to suboptimal health in humans.  The use of nutritional supplements to correct or optimize the levels of various nutrients in the body can have a therapeutic effect in the prevention and treatment of disease.  Nutritional supplements can also be used to optimize one’s health.

Counseling:  Mental attitudes and emotional states can be important elements in healing and disease.  The use of counseling techniques such as stress management can be helpful in bringing the body back into balance.

Exercise:  The use of exercise/movement combining physical and energy exercise such as Qi Gong, yoga therapy and pilates is important as part of a comprehensive approach in the prevention and treatment of illness.  Exercise reduces the effects of stress and improves the function of the immune system and other healing systems of the body.
