my program works

Everyone suffers from stress and this plays an enormous role in

how your body metabolizes food.

Have you ever wondered if your ideal diet should be based upon

specific, bio-chemical factors? The hair analysis program is a

comprehensive way to identify what foods you should and should not be eating. These findings are based on over 30 years of clinical research.  Please view price packages below and choose one that meets your needs.

Hair Mineral Analysis is an excellent way to view:

  • the body's stress patterns
  • mineral imbalances
  • organ/glandular weaknesses
  • oxidative rate
  • nervous system dominance
  • ideal nutritional supplements for you

Standard Test- $295

  • Basic hair test
  • Detailed interpretation & explanation of the results
  • The dvd Supermarket Secrets for dietary success
  • Comprehensive, custom supplement plan
  • 15-20 page booklet outlining your results and your program explanation
  • 15-20 page booklet which outlines:
    • Diet recommendations
    • Optimal and sub-optimal food choices
    • Oxidation rate
    • Ideal metabolic type diet

Follow-up Test - $150

Follow-up tests of the hair is recommended every 3-4 months to note the body's progress and to modify the program as needed. Important information is revealed on follow-up tests such as:

  • As toxic metal mobilization
  • Oxidative shifts
  • Specific stress patterns

Advantages of Hair Over Other Biopsies

There are several reasons that hair is used as a biopsy over blood in most health screenings.

  • Element deposits are stored in the hair for many months, whereas blood serum is always changing
  • Often times mineral levels are lower in the blood, making detection more difficult
  • Hair analysis is one of few ways to detect toxic metals
  • Toxic metals are not found in high concentrations in the blood, except after acute exposure

Minerals are the "sparkplugs of life". They are literally responsible for:

  • All of your bodies enzyme systems
  • Whole body health
  • Dynamic homeostasis
  • Metabolism.

Life doesn't exist without the mineral. Imbalances in just one mineral system can significantly alter your health. This screening is one of the clearest ways to asses your body's current state of health because the cells, not the blood or urine, are the major site of metabolic activity.

Of the eight clinical laboratories in the United States that perform this test, only two are considered to be worthy. The reason for this is that the hair must not be washed with detergent prior to testing. Detergents will significantly alter the mineral readings of the test. I use Analytical Research Labs, which is one of two laboratories that do not wash the hair sample.

Articles published in the American Journal of Medicine have been critical of Hair Analysis in the past. However, these studies were significantly flawed when performed.  For more information on this topic, please go to the website of Dr. Lawrence Wilson: drlwilson.com

Tissue Mineral Analysis is a screening test and therefore does not intend to treat, diagnose or prevent any disease.

Major Mineral Ratios on A Hair Mineral Test

It is important to understand that more important than individual mineral readings is the relationship with other minerals. These complex relationships are called ratios.

On a hair test there are six major mineral ratios of importance:

  • Calcium/Magnesium CA/MG
  • Calcium/Potassium CA/K
  • Sodium/Magnesium NA/MG
  • Sodium/Potassium NA/K
  • Zinc/Copper ZN/CU
  • Calcium/Phosphorous CA/P

The first four ratios determine one's oxidation type. Oxidation is the main factor in determining one's nutritional course of action. There are three oxidation types:

  • slow oxidation
  • fast oxidation
  • mixed oxidation

About 80% of people fall under the slow oxidizer category. A smaller percentage of people are fast and mixed oxidizers. However, it is of utmost importance to have empirical knowledge of which oxidative type you are based on the hair test.

The sodium/potassium ratio is the single most important ratio on the test. NA/K indicates adrenal exhaustion, immune response, and carbohydrate tolerance. This provides the basic assay of the body's glucose, energy production and cellular electrical balance.

By recognizing complex mineral patterns your program is designed to balance your bio-chemistry. The objective will be to address the underlying deficiencies by looking at specific health conditions as symptomatic, not causative. For example, if iron anemia exists, iron supplementation may not be recommended. This is because the analysis looks at the entire problem based on intrinsic imbalances and complex mineral relationships.

Toxic Metal Readings

Hair mineral analysis is an excellent way to identify the following toxic metals found in the body:

  • Lead
  • Cadmium
  • Mercury
  • Arsenic
  • Aluminum

It is now understood that toxic metal poisoning is a major contributing factor to many degenerative illnesses. The list includes:

  • Alzheimer’s Disease
  • Fatigue
  • Anemia
  • Hyperactivity
  • Arthritis
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Autism
  • Neuromuscular Disorders
  • ADHD
  • Osteoporosis
  • Cancer
  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • Dementia
  • Digestive Disorders

It is important to mention that no toxic metal level is considered safe. Environmental toxicity is a major culprit of toxic metal exposure in your body. This may come from sources such as:

  • Silver & Mercury Dental Amalgams
  • Non-filtered Fluoridated Tap Water
  • Contaminated Food Sources
  • Large Fish such as Tuna & Swordfish
  • Contaminated Air Found in Most Big Cities
  • Aluminum Cookware & Cans
  • Antiperspirants
  • Grecian Hair Dyes
  • Table Salt
  • Baking Powers
  • Bleached Flour
  • Processed Cheese
  • Antacids
  • Drying Agents

One of the primary goals of your program is to reduce and eliminate the level of toxic metal exposure. Not all of the body's toxic metal readings will appear on the first test because heavy metals are often sequestered deep within the body. In fact it is common that toxic metals are revealed on subsequent tests after metals are mobilized from their storage sites. Metals may mobilize from fatty tissue, spleen, liver, kidneys, bones, nervous system and brain.

We will discuss several effective ways to assist the body's detoxification of toxic metals:

  • Improving energy levels
  • Supporting the organs of elimination
  • Inhibiting the sympathetic nervous system
  • Reducing toxic exposure
  • Using antagonist nutrients & minerals
  • Chelation therapy
  • Infrared sauna therapy
